About Us

David Phillips & Partners Solicitors have been providing legal services for last 27 years. We have strong connections within London’s communities, as our London solicitors’ office staff all live nearby. We take great pride in serving our local and national clients, to the best of our abilities. Our law firm has been established since 1982, making it one of the oldest established solicitors’ firms in the country.

We understand that getting across London can be difficult. We’re handily placed in the West End so that people don’t have to travel to get quality legal advice and help. We also offer a convenient phone service, including after hours calls, so you can get hold of your solicitor when you need him or her most.

Our clients tell us that they prefer to deal with people they know, face to face. It’s important to us too. We encourage people to call in if they’re out shopping, or just passing by, for a chat about their cases, and anything else that might be troubling them.

We build up strong and lasting relationships with clients, their families, and friends. Over 95% of our work comes from client recommendation, from people who are so happy with our services that they feel confident in passing their families and friends onto us. We’re working on the remaining 5%!

Only if our clients are happy with our services, are we doing our job.. At David Phillips & Partners Solicitors, we work hard to get the best result for all of our clients. We fearlessly, heroically even, protect their interests, because we know that this is what they have come to expect, and continue to demand, from us.

Please call into our offices at any time during working hours to talk to one of our solicitors. Appointments are not always necessary, but you are advised to call ahead to ensure someone is available as our lawyers in London are often at court. Alternatively, please call or e-mail us for free on telephone number 0800 027 7870, complete the online form on this page, or e-mail [email protected].

About the West End of London

London as a district has been around for over 2,000 years. The West End, however, grew when the rich elite decided to move upwind from the crowded city, away from the strong smells and common people.

The West End of London has no strict boundaries, but includes the areas populated by tourists and residents alike, based around theatre and shopping.

Wimpole Street, where David Phillips & Partners Solicitors have an office, is famous for its medical and legal background. The Royal Society of Medicine has been at 1 Wimpole Street since 1805. Numerous doctors practice from here and nearby Harley Street.

In more recent times, Paul McCartney, then of ‘The Beatles’, lived at 57 Wimpole Street in the attic of his then girlfriend, Jane Asher’s, house. He composed ‘I want to Hold Your Hand’ and ‘Eleanor Rigby’ with his co-writer John Lennon there, and ‘Yesterday’ in his bedroom attic.

Successful solicitors, such as David Phillips & Partners, maintain offices here for the convenience of their local and national clients. The location provides easy access to the nearby shopping areas around Oxford Street, and the business and professional areas around Harley Street and the city of London.
